Started the business at the age of 20 as a third generation shop owner knowing there was a better way Automotive repair should be done. Always striving to serve others around him. Mike takes special pride in having Sarah and Josh closely involved with the business. Mike’s family often enjoys Camping, Hiking and going to the beach with their pup Cyrus who you have probably meet by now.

Jason Mullins - Automotive Technician

Jason Mullins has been repairing cars for the last 8 years. Jason and his Wife live in Springhill with his too cute daughter 7yr old Kyra and handsome 1 yr old . Jason enjoys camping with his family, golf and fishing any chance he gets. He has been a proud team member for a few years now and is looking forward to completing his training to become a master ASE technician.

Justin Wood - Parts Manager

A true and rare native to Franklin, TN graduated Page High School in 06’. Justin has grown up with a passion for the automotive industry instilled by his father growing up going to the drag strip and wrenching on cars with his father since a child. Justin to this day still has the same passion and drive for the automotive industry.

Dane Wiesman - Automotive Technician

Another native of Tennessee, enjoys waterfall exploring with his fiance Samantha, their 3 kids, and their Great Dane. He started working on cars right out of highschool and has stuck with it and continue to take training classes and perfect his craft. Dane strives every day to work hard to take care of his family.

John Alvarado - Service Advisor

The newest member of the Reliable family. John loves burgers we mean loves burgers! The only thing John loves more than a great burger is CARS!!! John eats, sleeps and breathes cars. Spending 12yrs managing at O’Reilly Auto Parts and then to Power Nation TV and managed many aspects of specialty car building for National TV shows. John lives in Spring Hill, TN with his wife Erica and their three Samoyed dogs, spending time at car shows and going on adventures with his wife and pups. We are very lucky to have John on our team.
